# Sub-Event Metrics
The **Metrics Dashboard** presents a snapshot of all the most important data that you need for your event, however you may want to drill down.

Here you will find information on **Sub-event metrics**:
1\. Go to your Main Dashboard
2\. Navigate to the left hand side and click **Metrics**
3\. Select **Sub-event metrics**
**4.** At the top of the page you can **Enable notifications on your metrics**. This toggle subscribes the event creator to the Race Roster Insights email to receive high level metrics on your event. Get registration numbers, important dates, and suggestions that will help you grow your event. This is a great way to learn if your sub-event is approaching a sell-out.
5\. At the top of the page select the sub-events you would like to view in your view. By default you will see all your sub-events, so you will just need to 'x' out all the unnecessary sub-events.
6\. On the left you will see your **Registration Revenue** chart. Each sub-event is represented by a different colour.
\- The **X axis (horizontal line)** presents days before the event
\- The **Y axis (vertical line)** presents the revenue by sub-event
7\. On the right you will see your **Product Revenue** chart. Again, each sub-event is represented by a different colour.
\- The **X axis (horizontal line)** presents days before the event
\- The **Y axis (vertical line)** presents the revenue by sub-event
8\. Scroll down and you will see an **overall participant count** chart on the left hand side. Each sub-event is represented by a different colour.
\- The **X axis (horizontal line)** presents days before the event
\- The **Y axis (vertical line)** presents the revenue by sub-event
9\. The right hand side chart reviews the **total number of participants** and **overall revenue per sub-event**. Each sub-event is represented by a different colour. You also have the opportunity to export this information by navigating to the top right hand side of the chart and clicking **Export**
10\. Scroll down and on the left hand side, a chart on the **average registration revenue by participant** appears. Each sub-event is represented by a different colour.
\- The **X axis (horizontal line)** presents days before the event
\- The **Y axis (vertical line)** presents the revenue per participant by sub-event
11\. On the right hand side there is an **average swag revenue by participant chart**. Each sub-event is represented by a different colour.
\- The **X axis (horizontal line)** presents days before the event
\- The **Y axis (vertical line)** presents the product revenue per participant by sub-event
**NOTE: If you are interested in viewing a specific date's information, navigate your cursor along the graph line and you will view the date and data.**
