Asking about event-specific logistics? Your question is best suited with the Event Organizers for the event you are registered for!

If you are asking about:

• Parking/Course access

• Participation with a stroller, earbuds/headphones,

• Packet/Race Kit Pick up or Shipping

• Event start time/location

• Course time limit

• Bib number look up

• Requesting a discount or access code

• Question about results or photos inquiry

• Registration refunds

• Or anything else that is related to the event specifically!

Please head to your Participant Dashboard, or utilize any public search engine (ie/ Google), to locate the event website. From there, you should be able to find the answer to your question on the event website or FAQs. You can also contact them directly though their contact form or support email.
