Important Notes:
  • The Organization must have an approved non-profit organization payment profile to be linked to an event.
    • If you receive a message that states: 'Organization does not have a non-profit legal entity' this means that the entity has not been set up as a non-profit in Stripe.
    • If you have an approved Stripe payment profile, you can confirm that it is a non-profit entity from your Stripe settings. If it is not set up as a non-profit entity, you can:
      • Edit your existing Stripe profile
      • Create a new payment profile
  • If you need to create a new payment profile, visit this article for more information.

Non-profit organization information will carry into the event-level fundraising settings however all other fundraising settings will need to be configured and managed at the event level.

Visit this collection of resources for more information about how to configure Fundraising settings to suit your Organization.
