How to edit an organization's payment profile

This article outlines how to access your Stripe connect account and the process of editing Stripe information when updates are needed.

This only applies to Stripe connect profiles. If you need to edit a non-Stripe EFT or Check payment profile, please visit this article or contact support for further assistance.
  1. Log into Race Roster.

  2. Navigate to your Organization > Settings > Payment profiles.

  3. Find the payment profile you need to update, click the actions buttons an select View profile.Screenshot 2026-06-11 at 5.15.50 PM

    • Note: this should be the email address that you used to create your Stripe payment profile.
  6. Complete the multi-factor authentication step.Screenshot 2026-06-11 at 5.22.00 PM
    • Note: you may also be asked for a phone number, at which point a SMS code will be sent to the provided phone number.
  7. Verify the bank account number associated with the given Stripe account.Screenshot 2026-06-11 at 5.25.13 PM

Once you have completed these verification steps, you will see the summary of your Stripe account information. To edit the necessary information, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click Edit next to the section that you need to update (ie/ Payout (bank account) details)Screenshot 2026-06-11 at 5.32.56 PM

  2. Update the information accordingly and click Confirm.

You will then be redirected back to Race Roster.

Important notes:

  • Depending on the edits/changes that are made, the payment profile status may change as it may need to be reviewed/verified by Stripe again.

  • As long as the information edited/changed still matches the verification documentation provided to Stripe, the profile should be reapproved shortly.

  • If updated documentation is required, you will receive an email from Stripe notifying you of what is required.
