How to edit a participant or team fundraising page on behalf of the fundraiser

To find the Fundraisers list, navigate to Management > Fundraising > Fundraisers list.

1. Locate the fundraiser or team that you need to edit.

2. Select 'Edit fundraising options' from the Actions menu.

3. Add or edit the following information:

Individual participant fundraisers

  • Display name - if the fundraiser would like a different name displayed publicly, this can be added or updated here.
  • Preferred organization - this is the fundraising organization that the fundraiser will be raising funds for.
    • Note: once donations have been collected, the organization cannot be changed. 
  • Profile image - this is the photo that will be shown on the right side of the fundraising page.
  • Fundraising goal - if the individual has or should have a goal, this can be set or changed here.
  • Fundraising page description - this is what will appear as the primary text block on a fundraising page, often used to share someone's story, a team's purpose and anything else the team or individual would like donors to know!

Team fundraisers

  • Team name - if a team captain would like to change the name of their team and are having trouble completing this on their own, as event staff you can help change this.
  • Team category - select the category of the team here.
  • Set team limit - if the team should have a limit, you can set this here.
  • Add participants - if you know which participants should be part of this team, you can add them here.

Note: you can also enable or disable a fundraising page from the edit modal.

4. Click the green Save button to complete the changes.
