Organization details
- This is where you can manage and edit your Organization information.
Payment profiles
- This is where you will see the payment profiles associated with your non-profit organization across events. Payment profiles are viewable by all organization staff and admins, however they can only be managed by organization admins.
- The first payment profile listed will be treated as the default payment profile, meaning that when your organization is added to an event, this is the payment profile that is associated by default.
- If you need to change the payment profile for a specific event for any reason, you can do so from the Fundraising settings at the event level.

- This is where you can manage your organization staff.
- Note: Staff access is still managed on the event level. Fundraising staff members will need to be granted access to each of your event partners to access the necessary settings and information.
