How do I add Custom Columns to my Results display?
Race Roster provides a set of default results columns. The platform will identify and match results columns in most instances. A Custom column can be used where there is a results set specific to an event and unidentifiable by Race Roster Timing Tools. Once a Custom column is created it will exist and populate in the list of available columns results are uploaded and mapped.
A Custom column can be created through the Timer Dashboard by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your Timer Dashboard HERE
2. Navigate to the left hand side menu and click custom Columns
4. Click the green Create column type

5. Fill in the Column Type field (Link or Text)
6. Add the Column label then click Save


These fields will now be available to be mapped upon results upload. Note: Bespoke text fields can also be mapped as Other (plain text) if no other option is available.
